Stefan Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 15th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Boğaçhan Çinucen came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 23rd minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Stefan Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Longden, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Osfinch FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Stefan Cullen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Osfinch FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Luca Zorita was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Osfinch FC's Stefan Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 29th minute of play. Stefan Cullen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 32nd minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Stefan Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Osfinch FC defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Cullen. The Osfinch FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Cullen should have stopped the shot. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Lautaro Mancebo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Don Longden came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Osfinch FC's protests and gave Adrian Collingwood a yellow card for diving instead. Stefan Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 75th minute of the match. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Don Longden came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
