Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Fulvio Muzzolon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Richard Nixon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Achille Albanesi. Achille Albanesi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Muzzolon in the 12th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achille Albanesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 14th minute of the match. Richard Nixon hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The Colombia fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Colombia's Axel Montenegro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute of the match S.S.C. NAPOLI got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fulvio Grande ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Achille Albanesi saved S.S.C. NAPOLI from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Pedro Manzanares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Richard Nixon took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Samuel Navarro got a free kick in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Fulvio Muzzolon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 44 minutes into the game, Fulvio Muzzolon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Fulvio Muzzolon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Kevin Mastache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 51 minutes into the match, Fulvio Muzzolon notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Muzzolon in the 55th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Richard Nixon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Achille Albanesi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciccio Bassani in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. S.S.C. NAPOLI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fulvio Grande in the 66th minute. After taking down the ball on S.S.C. NAPOLI's corner Teodor Cãpraru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Fulvio Grande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Dave Pierucci was substituted for Richard Nixon. If Dave Pierucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A well-hit corner resulted in Ciccio Bassani heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Bassani, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Dave Pierucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Dave Pierucci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.S.C. NAPOLI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-2. S.S.C. NAPOLI walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
