Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ivan Copil started the match with the kick off. Manchester United's Iosif Puric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 4th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Manchester United's Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. In the 8th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Puric saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Mexico's Luca Rouco to fire away a dangerous shot which Iosif Puric despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 11th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Copil got free with Dante Lacasa in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the game, Manchester United's Ivan Copil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Lakis Giannoulis hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 23 minutes Manchester United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Antonis Paragioudakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Puric narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Luca Rouco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Copil in the 34th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Puric stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Manchester United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Alberto Tafalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Manchester United's Iosif Puric did a great save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kosmas Simertzidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Orestis Massoutis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 46 minute of play.

The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Iosif Puric despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Iosif Puric made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Copil came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iosif Puric came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Ivan Copil took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2.
