Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Longden, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Osfinch FC were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carl Walmsley took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Carl Walmsley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Osfinch FC's Stefan Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. Stefan Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 19th minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Stefan Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Osfinch FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Daniel De Fremeaux hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Osfinch FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Stefan Cullen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Osfinch FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Cullen came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Osfinch FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Cullen having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Don Longden stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. It was a well-played corner which Cristian Sancho managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Cornelius Ritchie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Don Longden came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Adrian Collingwood was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Osfinch FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Osfinch FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Collingwood didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Osfinch FC's Stefan Cullen. Stefan Cullen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Stefan Cullen made a huge save. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Osfinch FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig to fire away a dangerous shot which Stefan Cullen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Adrian Collingwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Cullen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Carroll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel De Fremeaux charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel De Fremeaux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Daniel De Fremeaux hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Agustín Saelices's late challenge caught a Osfinch FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustín Saelices helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Cullen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osfinch FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Stefan Cullen, making the score, 0-2. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
