Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. Zdzislaw Purzycki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. WZG Sandomierz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Hajduk, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Francisco Seco came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Wincenty Bielecki could save by the left post. Zdzislaw Purzycki got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Roch Marosz. WZG Sandomierz's Roch Marosz got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Napoleon Odachowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincenty Bielecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roch Marosz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Maximiliano Escribano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Wincenty Bielecki was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Maximiliano Escribano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maximiliano Escribano really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Dariusz Kostrzewa managed to get in a good position for a shot. WZG Sandomierz's supporters rose to their feet, but Dariusz Kostrzewa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Wincenty Bielecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Francisco Seco put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Wincenty Bielecki. After 75 minutes of play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincenty Bielecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roch Marosz's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 83rd minute, Alberto Gisbert made a precise shot to the right of Wincenty Bielecki. WZG Sandomierz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincenty Bielecki having to interfere. Zdzislaw Purzycki made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. After a rather tough play, WZG Sandomierz's Jerzy Winszman got a free kick in the 88th minute. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Wincenty Bielecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Napoleon Odachowski was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When the referee ended the match the Uruguay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
