Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Zaccardi in the 29th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Zaccardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Demetrio Colelli fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Del Bello in the 33rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Comunardo Andreola. Comunardo Andreola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of AC Civetta Notturna booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Comunardo Andreola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute of the match. After some careless play in the AC Civetta Notturna defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Comunardo Andreola. The AC Civetta Notturna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Comunardo Andreola should have stopped the shot.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AC Civetta Notturna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Christian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Comunardo Andreola, making the score, 0-3. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Emiliano Puja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Civetta Notturna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. 62 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Comunardo Andreola. Edmundo Espiga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Comunardo Andreola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 65th minute of the match. Comunardo Andreola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Villa went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Comunardo Andreola came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastian Villa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Andreola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes AC Civetta Notturna got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Zaccardi. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Comunardo Andreola made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Sebastian Villa sent off a good shot on target. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Cristiano Baresi made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Del Bello in the 81st minute of play. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Andreola having to interfere. Alvaro Zaccardi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Christian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Comunardo Andreola came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 91st minute. Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AC Civetta Notturna.
