Haiti's Ernso Constant quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Otero Moreno, made in the 15th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ernso Constant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haiti's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernso Constant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermelando Rey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Alphonse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Hermelando Rey made a huge save. 27 minutes into the match, El Kiwy Mecanico's goalkeeper Hermelando Rey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Alphonse. The supporters of Haiti booed when El Kiwy Mecanico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Alfredo Vuelta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haiti's Raymond Louis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 杜烨川, made in the 34th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Noel Seide successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Hermelando Rey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Alphonse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Ernso Constant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of El Kiwy Mecanico booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Alphonse didn't get a good kick on the ball.
