The throw-in from Milagros Fraga in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bal op het Dak's Shaq Francis. 23 minutes into the game, FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Peru:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Bal op het Dak:s goal. Peru:s Rolando Noboa showed great skill when he stopped Martijn August:s penalty. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martijn August in the 35th minute of play. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joop Bakker in the 36 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Harvey Davies to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Aristides Gombal replaced Shaq Francis. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Joop Bakker threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Harvey Davies made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Valentijn in the 70th minute of play. Harvey Davies showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Harvey Davies had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Valentijn in the 86th minute of play. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Dan Kjellman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Dan Kjellman hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Many of Peru's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Peru may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Bal op het Dak were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
