Wlodzimierz Osielski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Facundo Cadaval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Wlodzimierz Osielski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wlodzimierz Osielski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 21st minute of the match. Wlodzimierz Osielski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Wlodzimierz Osielski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Shaolin soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Wlodzimierz Osielski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of play forced Shaolin soccer's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Osielski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wlodzimierz Osielski having to make a save. Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Wlodzimierz Osielski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Wlodzimierz Osielski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Herbert Walczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shaolin soccer's Lucjan Siekierski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonardo Leoz, made in the 47th minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herbert Walczyk to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Luca Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wlodzimierz Osielski was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 55th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Osielski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miromir Lichorobiec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miromir Lichorobiec in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Shaolin soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Perkowski to maneuver through the defense. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wlodzimierz Osielski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Facundo Cadaval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Facundo Cadaval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Shaolin soccer's Miromir Lichorobiec. But to his dismay, Miromir Lichorobiec quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Shaolin soccer to leave the ground with a draw.
