Ture Vejlbos short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Marcos Cotilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Mehrtens having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Roman Mehrtens. Kerteminde Boldklub's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kerteminde Boldklub's goalie prevented a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Haakon Haarbøl charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haakon Haarbøl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roman Mehrtens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Panama's Tomas Berganza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Mehrtens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roman Mehrtens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 43rd minute of play. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute of the match Eberhardt Osted sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Roman Mehrtens was a little too slow when Tomas Berganza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-2. Roman Mehrtens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Mehrtens having to interfere. Andre Flor's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andre Flor helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kerteminde Boldklub's Andre Flor got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Kerteminde Boldklub's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Roman Mehrtens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Roman Mehrtens made a huge save. After 77 played minutes Kerteminde Boldklub got a freekick which was hit by Haakon Haarbøl. 78 minutes into the match, Panama's Abraham Alguacil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Mehrtens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tue Parslet in the 81st minute of play. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tue Parslet in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Kerteminde Boldklub's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eberhardt Osted in the 93rd minute. After taking down the ball on Kerteminde Boldklub's corner Eberhardt Osted fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcos Cotilla quite easily take care of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Panama eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
