Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliodor Barbosu started the match with the kick off. Cheng De Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind GoldDiam V55's goalkeeper Cheng De Jing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Vintilă Dogaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GoldDiam V55's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Emanuel Inculeț took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Cheng De Jing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of GoldDiam V55's Cheng De Jing. Cheng De Jing was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 36 played minutes GoldDiam V55 got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Dogaru. In the 41st minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cheng De Jing was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After 45 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cheng De Jing, 1-4. Ernest Capșuneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Barbosu in the 55th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radu Pacurar in the 57th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Barbosu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to GoldDiam V55 getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Radu Pacurar hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the match, Radu Pacurar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radu Pacurar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Cheng De Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 68th minute of the match. Patricio Costa took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheng De Jing. Cheng De Jing dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. A collision led to GoldDiam V55 getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Vintilă Dogaru hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Cheng De Jing when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Bugariu in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Barbosu in the 92nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Bugariu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The GoldDiam V55 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Venezuela's performance. The match ended with a win for Venezuela.
