USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Domeracki in the 6th minute of play. Şota Arveladze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cassius Byrne took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tanek Ostrowski. Tanek Ostrowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phạm Nguyet in the 15th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phạm Nguyet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Phạm Nguyet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. German Eskuin charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed German Eskuin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Olympique Gdynia getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. German Eskuin hit a great ball. Tanek Ostrowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 28th minute of play forced Olympique Gdynia's goalkeeper Tanek Ostrowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tanek Ostrowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 29th minute of the match. Monty Rogers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabio-Roman Zabaleta kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Tanek Ostrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tanek Ostrowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tanek Ostrowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 39th minute of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şota Arveladze, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şota Arveladze in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Czeslaw Domeracki made a kick off. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 52nd minute. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Cassius Byrne fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tanek Ostrowski quite easily take care of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Olympique Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Tanek Ostrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olympique Gdynia's Tanek Ostrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Tirso Isasaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Domeracki in the 62nd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Czeslaw Domeracki might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Czeslaw Domeracki ran back to his position shaking his head. Tanek Ostrowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 65th minute. Noam Chomsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. In the 69th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Ostrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monty Rogers who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Tanek Ostrowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marco Day didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noam Chomsky went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Khalid Parry in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tanek Ostrowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Domeracki in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Marco Baker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Ostrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes Olympique Gdynia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şota Arveladze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. USA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
