Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ground Control's Amine Philibert started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jérémie Millier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Amine Philibert who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jérémie Millier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amine Philibert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ground Control's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 26th minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Jérémie Millier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amine Philibert. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Amine Philibert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ibrahim Gaudel hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The Ground Control players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-2.

Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amine Philibert in the 52nd minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amine Philibert in the 62nd minute of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Primitivo Andino in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ground Control's Louison Vaille. After 71 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. In the 72nd minute Amine Philibert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Jérémie Millier in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 played minutes Ground Control got a freekick which was hit by Anton Karakevych. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amine Philibert in the 77th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walter Martinaud kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amine Philibert scored 1-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ground Control throughout the match.
