The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisão Linares went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute, Gualter Pitta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisão Linares in the 26th minute of the match. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksi Puhakainen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Luisão Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pereiras FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisão Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Pereiras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksi Puhakainen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pereiras FC's Luisão Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualter Pitta got free with Camilo Freixa in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute of the match, Luisão Linares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Camilo Freixa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pereiras FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luisão Linares in the 45th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Hélder Custódio heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisão Linares in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Freixa saved Bolivia from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisão Linares made a kick off. In the 65th minute, Aleksi Puhakainen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Maia in the 73rd minute of play. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Maia in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Daniel Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pereiras FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Aleksi Puhakainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. In the 81st minute Jardel Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Daniel Maia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Maia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casper Damm went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Pereiras FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
