When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. Fu Jun Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Cauan Botelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cauan Botelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Enrico Molinaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emanuel Ocampo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. Atlético Capixaba's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
