An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 6th minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Stefan Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 6th minute of play. After some careless play in the Osfinch FC defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Cullen. The Osfinch FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Cullen should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Alberto Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Stefan Cullen to make any attempt to save it. Don Longden took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Alberto Tafalla's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stefan Cullen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Benedykt Wysocki kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Mexico's Joel Gaona shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Stefan Cullen but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Carroll in the 32nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Osfinch FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Cadaval got free with Stefan Cullen in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Stefan Cullen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After some careless play in the Osfinch FC defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Cullen. The Osfinch FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Cullen should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boğaçhan Çinucen in the 51st minute of the match. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, Andy Carroll dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 3-3. Stefan Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when Osfinch FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel De Fremeaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 69th minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Stefan Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Cullen. Stefan Cullen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-3. Stefan Cullen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Osfinch FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Stefan Cullen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Don Longden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval made it 7-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Cullen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Osfinch FC's Adrian Collingwood got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stefan Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 91st minute of play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Stefan Cullen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 95 minutes into the game, when Carl Walmsley put in a rough tackle. In the 96th minute, Carl Walmsley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Osfinch FC's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Cullen came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
