Simon McChoiter came out of the goal and Eduardo Fontirroig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duncan Scotland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Francisco Gallo hit a great ball. In the 87th minute of the match Duncan Scotland sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Freixa skillfully saved the ball. Pure dead brilliant team's Duncan Scotland got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
