Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrzej Juskowiak took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrzej Juskowiak in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrashida's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Torsten Alin in the 27th minute. The corner led to Andrashida's August Hääger getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita came free and shot a quick shot against goal 30 minutes in the game, fortunately Aydemir Okyar had problems saving as it came toward the left post. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aydemir Okyar. Torsten Alin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Andrzej Juskowiak made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Andrashida getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Andrzej Juskowiak hit a great ball. In the 59th minute Andrzej Juskowiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aydemir Okyar came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Agustín Saelices. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Karl Marx kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Juskowiak in the 66th minute of play. With 67 minutes on the clock, Antonio Arias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 76th minute, Andrzej Juskowiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nino Moi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The supporters of Andrashida booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Juskowiak came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When August Hääger fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Andrashida's protests and gave August Hääger a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Andrashida's August Hääger got a free kick in the 90th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
