The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthias Tönnberg helped the player get up and apologised. Matthias Tönnberg kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Jonatan Ekgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 18 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Arild IF's Per-Åke Vik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustaf Blom's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonatan Ekgren in the 24th minute. Arild IF's Per-Åke Vik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Per-Åke Vik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. The long shot by Marc Västerstrand in the 33rd minute really tested Jonathan Ferrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 35 minutes, Malcolm Lund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arild IF and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Arild IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Lund to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 38 in the game by Marcelo Vincente from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute of the match Ingemar Dalman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Ekgren made a kick off. Ingemar Dalman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Camilo Gaos lost his temper 56 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Arild IF a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ingemar Dalman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 2-2. After 66 minutes of play, Arild IF's Gustaf Blom made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Ekgren in the 69th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arild IF made a substitution. Filip Literski replaced Marc Västerstrand. Arild IF's Bairee Colwell was substituted for Niklas Molander. After a rather tough play, Arild IF's Filip Literski got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 86thth minute of the game Jonatan Ekgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Filip Literski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Vincente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Vincente took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Arild IF had played much better football throughout.
