After 12 played minutes KFC Hansa got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Reiter. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loy Schwerinski in the 16th minute of play. Jarell Hill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ole Per Köppen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ole Per Köppen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finlay Stair, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. KFC Hansa's Ole Per Köppen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romon Oliver in the 32nd minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finlay Stair stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jarell Hill might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ole Per Köppen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarell Hill ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kordal Duff to maneuver through the defense. If Matthias Reiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Finlay Stair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play KFC Hansa's Gregor Glöckner was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 70 played minutes KFC Hansa got a freekick which was hit by Gregor Glöckner. In the game's 70th minute Jamaica's Finlay Stair took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Ole Per Köppen and thus the score was 2-1. After having played for 83 minutes, Finlay Stair managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamaica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Finlay Stair was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javan Develder to maneuver through the defense. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Scholl in the 86th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, KFC Hansa's goalkeeper Ole Per Köppen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Finlay Stair. Loy Schwerinski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jamaica players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KFC Hansa.
