With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Cornel Gorjanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Puig got free with Basarab Nuțu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Arapașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov fully deserved thier win.
