In the 10thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gualterio Loco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gualterio Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco. Gualterio Loco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Gualterio Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Daniel Zorita sped through Quebrachitos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gualterio Loco. A hard shot 37 in the game by Alex Sarr from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. 39 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Gualterio Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 41st minute of play. Gualterio Loco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Sarr made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Bernabe Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Quebrachitos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. 55 minutes into the match, Felix Montes notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco. Gualterio Loco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Rafael Ritchie fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quebrachitos FC's protests and gave Rafael Ritchie a yellow card for diving instead. Gualterio Loco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Gualterio Loco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 78th minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quebrachitos FC's Gualterio Loco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Quebrachitos FC from getting a goal against them. Paul George's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul George helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Paul George hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Quebrachitos FC's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Loco came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Antonio Arias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Arias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gualterio Loco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Quebrachitos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
