Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexei Karamazov took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ştefan Deșliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Svartengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Alexei Karamazov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joseph Svartengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of the match. Alexei Karamazov came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julio Vera could save by the left post. Joseph Svartengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Alexei Karamazov sent off a good shot on target. Luciano Sidoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 34th minute of play forced Hallstahammar IK's goalkeeper Joseph Svartengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Alexei Karamazov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. A collision led to Hallstahammar IK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Kirk Liddle hit a great ball. The Hallstahammar IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Hallstahammar IK got a freekick which was hit by Erik Browall. Luciano Sidoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Joseph Svartengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joseph Svartengren firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Karamazov in the 67th minute of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hallstahammar IK's Joseph Svartengren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Hallstahammar IK from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Svartengren having to interfere. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Svartengren having to interfere. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Joseph Svartengren made a huge save. Alexei Karamazov's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexei Karamazov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Alexei Karamazov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Svartengren having to interfere. When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in 87 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Joseph Svartengren guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Joseph Svartengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexei Karamazov in the 91st minute of play. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joseph Svartengren. Joseph Svartengren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Hallstahammar IK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
