Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Islam Slimani started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Islam Slimanis short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Miroslaw Lanczak hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Lu Hong Qiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 8th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicola Zalewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Mauro's Nicola Zalewski. But to his dismay, Nicola Zalewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Lu Hong Qiang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, Mauro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Lundblad to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Cazalla in the 18th minute of play forced Mauro's goalkeeper Lu Hong Qiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Hong Qiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Franco might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lu Hong Qiang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camilo Franco ran back to his position shaking his head. Islam Slimani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Stefan Lundblad kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Islam Slimani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lu Hong Qiang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lu Hong Qiang, 1-1. 57 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Islam Slimani came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lu Hong Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 60th minute of play. Islam Slimani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Lu Hong Qiang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Gisbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute Uruguay were awarded a corner. Jaime Cazalla went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Cazalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lu Hong Qiang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Mauro fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Mauro's Islam Slimani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lu Hong Qiang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 92nd minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Islam Slimani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mauro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Islam Slimani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uruguay's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
