Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karim Decottignies was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 9th minute of play forced klide13's goalkeeper Youri Maguet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after klide13's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Youri Maguet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 11 played minutes klide13 got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Quirce. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Youri Maguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play. Youri Maguet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 13th minute of the match. Karim Decottignies's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Karim Decottignies tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Youri Maguet having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Decottignies, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to klide13 getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Chris Kuster hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, klide13's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Youri Maguet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karim Decottignies could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustave Rat in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Luís Paulo Matorin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. In the 64th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Youri Maguet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 65 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Gisbert made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. Youri Maguet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute. Youri Maguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 73rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Youri Maguet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Gustave Rat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. klide13 made a substitution. Brendan Gavelle replaced Luís Paulo Matorin. 79 minutes into the game, Luis Andino threw the ball into play from the sideline. klide13's Valeri Hubavenski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Decottignies in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, klide13's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Youri Maguet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Decottignies came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Gisbert made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Andino immediately put the ball in play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. klide13 were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
