Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Agustin Barrantes got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute of the match Pascual Carballar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Monge showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Mainor Coronado in the 22nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Pascual Carballar. Marco Ureña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Monge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by CS La Libertad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Axel Montenegro was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. Ernesto Monge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Millot in the 37th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Monge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 38th minute of play. Mainor Coronado made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gerardo Millot immediately put the ball in play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Monge saved CS La Libertad from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Axel Montenegro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Monge. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 61st minute of play forced CS La Libertad's goalkeeper Ernesto Monge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CS La Libertad getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Agustin Barrantes hit a great ball. In the 65th match minute, CS La Libertad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Barrantes to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Axel Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Ernesto Monge to make any attempt to save it. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Volio in the 76th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Barrantes in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute CS La Libertad were awarded a corner. Omar Guevara went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 84th minute of the game Elias Carballo made a throw-in which Omar Guevara played forward. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Miguel Volio put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Ernesto Monge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Secada in the 88th minute of the match. Miguel Volio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The CS La Libertad fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when CS La Libertad's Miguel Volio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. CS La Libertad's Elias Carballo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CS La Libertad were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
