Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Iago Aspas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Steiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Moises Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Iago Aspas came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pirsus getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Iago Aspas hit a great ball. Iago Aspas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Steiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 20th minute of the match. If Iago Aspas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentín Carvallo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 39 minutes into the game, Percy Ziegler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pirsus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pirsus's goalie prevented a goal. Guillaume Izzo charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pirsus fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dan Steiger. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Steiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dan Steiger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 67th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Dan Steiger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pirsus's Dan Steiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 85th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honduras played a much better game than Pirsus and deserved their victory. The Pirsus players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
