INGOBERNABLE STADIUM
Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. James Retes started the match with the kick off. José Francisco Cevallos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute, Arturo Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Retes's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. James Retes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, INGOBERNABLE F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by James Retes to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, INGOBERNABLE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but José Francisco Cevallos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, James Retes took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Joaquin Gayoso to make any attempt to save it. After 15 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Francisco Cevallos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes into the match, INGOBERNABLE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Cazalla came free, but José Francisco Cevallos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Retes in the 28th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, INGOBERNABLE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but José Francisco Cevallos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. José Francisco Cevallos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Jaime Cazalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Francisco Cevallos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Francisco Cevallos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Unax Quintairos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Escribano in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Francisco Cevallos saved INGOBERNABLE F.C from getting behind. Jaime Cazalla struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. José Francisco Cevallos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Francisco Cevallos having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Camilo Franco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes INGOBERNABLE F.C got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Cordon. Jaime Cazalla struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. José Francisco Cevallos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Maximiliano Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Escribano couldn't finish the play. José Francisco Cevallos was a little too slow when Maximiliano Escribano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-6. In the 89th minute, Octavio Cordon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Escribano might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Francisco Cevallos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Escribano ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 played minutes INGOBERNABLE F.C got a freekick which was hit by Lavalle Cotorro. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
