Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. Christophe Troxler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 5th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Brent-Jan Van den Driesch hit a great ball. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christophe Troxler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the Montevideo City Torque defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christophe Troxler. The Montevideo City Torque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christophe Troxler should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the game, Alonso Berganza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Montevideo City Torque's Brent-Jan Van den Driesch quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Brent-Jan Van den Driesch got a throw-in 20 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Agustín Álvarez. Agustín Álvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agustín Álvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Christophe Troxler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 34th minute of the match. Montevideo City Torque's attentive Brent-Jan Van den Driesch managed to snatch the ball when Alonso Berganza made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 37th minute of play. Christophe Troxler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 40th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Luz Tejedor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christophe Troxler was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Christophe Troxler. Montevideo City Torque's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 45 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Ticho Covarrubias. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agustín Álvarez to strike the kick off in the second half. Christophe Troxler made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Alonso Berganza sent off a good shot on target. Christophe Troxler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 59th minute. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Álvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Troxler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Mina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Guillelme Lomas fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montevideo City Torque's protests and gave Guillelme Lomas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Guillelme Lomas hit a great ball. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 76th minute of play. Christophe Troxler was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. 83 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luz Tejedor. If Gu Sha Zhen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Christophe Troxler made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Rafael Gallo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Álvarez in the 89th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Gu Sha Zhen. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Montevideo City Torque throughout the match.
