Leo Kutsar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 6th minute of play. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaime Pardo in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leo Kutsar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 16th minute of play forced Llamas's goalkeeper Leo Kutsar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Pardo scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Kutsar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Kutsar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Kutsar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leo Kutsar came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. But to his dismay, Hector Covarrubias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leo Kutsar came out and tried to block the shot, but Jaime Pardo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 40th minute of play forced Llamas's goalkeeper Leo Kutsar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Jaime Pardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paraguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Jaime Pardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Kutsar was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Leo Kutsar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Pardo in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Kutsar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jaime Pardo came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Pardo couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Juan Diego Tenorio in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Llamas's Laur Eelmäe. Leo Kutsar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 74th minute of play forced Llamas's goalkeeper Leo Kutsar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Kutsar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a free kick in the 81st minute. Leo Kutsar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Leo Kutsar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Lembitu Maandi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lembitu Maandi struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llamas. Leo Kutsar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 96th minute of play.
