Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luciano Barreiros made the kick off which started today's match. Vacid Seralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergen Kutsalan in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Calentura's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vacid Seralp in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Calentura's Vacid Seralp. Vacid Seralp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Calentura booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romo Viñambre who took care of the corner kick. Romo Viñambre made a great header on Calentura's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vacid Seralp was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Calentura's Vacid Seralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Calentura's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Romo Viñambre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 36th match minute, Calentura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Coria to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Barreiros in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luciano Barreiros in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 47 minutes, Luciano Barreiros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calentura and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Luciano Barreiros kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Vacid Seralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Barreiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Romo Viñambre was slow to take the kick. During this time Calentura's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Sergen Kutsalan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Barreiros in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vacid Seralp made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Coria during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vacid Seralp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Calentura getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cristian Coria hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vacid Seralp. Vacid Seralp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Luciano Barreiros scored 1-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergen Kutsalan in the 92nd minute of the match. The Calentura fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
