It was a penalty for Honduras! Wu Qi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. 9 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Qi. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wu Qi in the 15th minute. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Wu Qi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Moises Tafalla hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Wu Qi. But to his dismay, Wu Qi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Wu Qi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Wu Qi slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 25th minute. Wu Qi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Henriksson in the 32nd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Timmy Henriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timmy Henriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Wu Qi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 7-0 in the 41 minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Samurai's Wu Qi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wu Qi was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Wu Qi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the match, Wu Qi notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when Morgan Vassenius made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Wu Qi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samurai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Samurai's Åke Hamnberg was substituted for Hernán Grana. If Wu Qi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 73rd minute of play. Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Wu Qi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. In the 80th minute, Timmy Henriksson made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. Timmy Henriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Wu Qi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samurai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. Milagros Cabal kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Bivall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Timmy Henriksson's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timmy Henriksson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th match minute, Samurai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Allan Bivall. Vince Di Cola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Rutger Vallander.
