Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Brent-Jan Van den Driesch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montevideo City Torque fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 5 minutes into the game, Kevin Mastache was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colombia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montevideo City Torque the free kick. In the 5th minute, Kevin Mastache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 6th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Agustín Álvarez. 8 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Christophe Troxler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 13th minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Passot in the 18th minute of play. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Christophe Troxler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christophe Troxler. Christophe Troxler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 32nd minute Yves Passot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Reuben Meade in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. 35 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Passot came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Álvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Agustín Álvarez sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agustín Álvarez to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 53rd minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christophe Troxler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Guillelme Lomas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillelme Lomas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. In the 72nd minute Guillelme Lomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Agustín Álvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 83 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Secada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christophe Troxler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillelme Lomas in the 87th minute of the match. Christophe Troxler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christophe Troxler made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. Ignacio Mastaches short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Christophe Troxler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
