Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Kent Lindberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Lindberg in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mercado Paulista F.C's Sebastian Jayvier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 16th minute of the game. Mercado Paulista F.C's attentive Sebastian Jayvier managed to snatch the ball when Salvador Gisbert made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. 22 minutes into the game, Kent Lindberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 26 minutes into the match, Kent Lindberg notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th minute, Adolfo Jorrin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30th play minutes Kent Lindberg shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Mercado Paulista F.C's Franco Sampler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Kent Lindberg sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Mercado Paulista F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hans Doss in the 40th minute. After taking down the ball on Mercado Paulista F.C's corner Hans Doss fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Frans Larsfelt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian de Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Cristian de Lima made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th match minute, Mercado Paulista F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian de Lima came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian de Lima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 64th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Mercado Paulista F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hans Doss in the 66th minute. The corner led Mercado Paulista F.C's Hans Doss to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 68th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Sampler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian de Lima's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Mercado Paulista F.C's Hans Doss was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Sebastian Jayvier in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. After 77 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. 83 minutes into the game, Cristian de Lima cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. Jonathan Ferrant had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Hans Doss's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cristian de Lima struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mercado Paulista F.C. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mercado Paulista F.C fully deserved thier win.
