An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 12th minute of play forced AZAT MARD FC's goalkeeper Pär Löfdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Lacasa. Marcus Lagerberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pär Löfdahl came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Karl-Erik Hellsing kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of AZAT MARD FC's Pär Löfdahl. Pär Löfdahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Olsman scored 2-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AZAT MARD FC's Pär Löfdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 35th minute of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jon Waller to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcus Lagerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pär Löfdahl having to make a save. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Vennerström in the 95th minute of the match.
