The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Göksel Canfeda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göksel Canfeda was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-4. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 57 minutes, Luís Senna made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mexico booed when istanbulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alp Enginalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Göksel Canfeda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 70 minutes into the game, Facundo Cadaval recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Göksel Canfeda. Facundo Cadaval showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-6. Göksel Canfeda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Göksel Canfeda could save by the left post. istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save istanbulls from getting a goal against them. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 89th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda managed to reach the ball for a save. istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 95th minute of play.
