Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eduard Hourani got the match started through his kick off. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A well-hit corner resulted in Lázaro Ekain heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 12 minutes of play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rene Llorian was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice moves Eduard Hourani could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Joaquin Gayoso however easily saved by the left post. GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 20th minute of play. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Llorian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 30th minute of play. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Lázaro Ekain took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Joaquin Gayoso to make any attempt to save it. In the 46th match minute, GARIBALDI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Ekain to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Rene Llorian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Ekain might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lázaro Ekain ran back to his position shaking his head. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Rene Llorian made a huge save. 62 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Llorian. Maximiliano Escribano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, GARIBALDI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Rene Llorian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 79 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Rene Llorian managed to make a qualified save. GARIBALDI FC's players were relieved. In the 80th minute, Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Camilo Covarrubias the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Uruguay protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Camilo Covarrubias had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. GARIBALDI FC's Dedê Koehler was substituted for Hugo Jacinto. Francisco Seco might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Seco ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Llorian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 87th minute. In the 95th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, GARIBALDI FC could leave the field as winners, despite Uruguay having more of the ball for most of the match.
