Leo Raulo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ciro Pacifico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radek Saska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, La Caprichosa FC's goalkeeper Ciro Pacifico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Saelices. In the 58th match minute, La Caprichosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Raulo to maneuver through the defense. Leo Raulo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Radek Saska, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 61 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Julio Vera was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by 姚旭翀 in the 70th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ciro Pacifico, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 姚旭翀 in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute Radek Saska shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Caprichosa FC's Ciro Pacifico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save La Caprichosa FC from getting a goal against them. The La Caprichosa FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
