Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Antonio Indiano in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Minho FC's Rowan Dobson. 8 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Magno Aparecido sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 11 minutes into the game, Minho FC's Magno Aparecido nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Axel Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zeferino Diegues. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. Zeferino Diegues made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Abram Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Minho FC's Zeferino Diegues got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Cazalla made in the 21st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kevin Mastache however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Zeferino Diegues in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Magno Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Zeferino Diegues threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Abram Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeferino Diegues was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute, Colombia's Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeferino Diegues having to make a save. Minho FC's Zeferino Diegues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Minho FC from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Diegues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magno Aparecido went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magno Aparecido to make the kick off. Yu Ran Zhen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Minho FC's attentive Rowan Dobson managed to snatch the ball when Luis Cazalla made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeferino Diegues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Minho FC were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Demetrio Savini took the corner. The corner led Minho FC's Demetrio Savini to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Rowan Dobson in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. The audience was convinced that Axel Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeferino Diegues was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Salah el Din Khan replaced Ivo Mourato. In the 79th minute, Maicon Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Kevin Mastache in the 80th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Zeferino Diegues's left hand side. Minho FC's Aldo Santana was substituted for Cláudio Santiago. In the 85th minute Hélder Soveral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Soveral went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. If Santino Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Minho FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
