With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Bejrut in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Sebastian Bialakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Barnaba Blochowiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Blochowiak came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Esteves came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Chile players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brokopondo were winning 1-2.

Stefan Bejrut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. After some careless play in the Brokopondo defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Esteves. Barnaba Blochowiaks short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 97 in the game by 정 남 from a close distance when the talented Thiago Pliego managed to make a qualified save. Chile's players were relieved. The Chile players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
