Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Seco made the kick off and thus started the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vellito Colmenares couldn't finish the play. After having played for 15 minutes, Raymon Albisu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chandozos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raymon Albisu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vellito Colmenares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Gar Cumbres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gar Cumbres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 23rd minute of play. Vellito Colmenares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Osoro Valaguer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquin Gayoso. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Joaquin Gayoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Chandozos were awarded a corner. Raymon Albisu went to the cornerflag to take it. Chandozos's Raymon Albisu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Catalan in the 42nd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernendo Lueje's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernendo Lueje helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Chandozos got a freekick which was hit by Fernendo Lueje. In the 47th minute of the game Bonadona Azpiroz made a throw-in which Osoro Valaguer played forward. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vellito Colmenares to strike the kick off in the second half. If Vellito Colmenares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Franco during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gar Cumbres having to interfere. When Vellito Colmenares fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chandozos's protests and gave Vellito Colmenares a yellow card for diving instead. Vellito Colmenares hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Kevin Carballal hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Kevin Carballal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osoro Valaguer charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osoro Valaguer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th match minute, Chandozos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osoro Valaguer to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bruno Beldad hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mantzio Consul in the 82nd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mantzio Consul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Vernon Cryer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chandozos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
