Georg Hagberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Georg Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Bugno in the 14th minute of the match. Stefan Czeszyk made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Manolo Bartumeu sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manolo Bartumeu got free with Stefan Czeszyk in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Stefan Czeszyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Bugno came free, but Georg Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Bugno in the 28th minute of play forced Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Georg Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nick Heesen came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Ágætis Byrjun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nick Heesen couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Ágætis Byrjun's Vitaliy Vorobey got a free kick in the 30th minute. Georg Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Bugno in the 32nd minute of the match. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Stefan Czeszyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ from getting a goal against them. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Stefan Czeszyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joep Ponk in the 37th minute of play. Stefan Czeszyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manolo Bartumeu in the 41st minute. Ágætis Byrjun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥ the free kick. After 47 played minutes Ágætis Byrjun got a freekick which was hit by Vitaliy Vorobey. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joep Ponk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Nick Heesen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ágætis Byrjun fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Stefan Czeszyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joep Ponk in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Zula Bugno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Georg Hagberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zula Bugno might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georg Hagberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zula Bugno ran back to his position shaking his head. Nick Heesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pawel Marczyniec hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Stefan Czeszyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Bartumeu in the 71st minute of play. Georg Hagberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker in the 72nd minute. In the 73rdth minute of the game Manolo Bartumeu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Stefan Czeszyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Georg Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zula Bugno in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Zula Bugno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Georg Hagberg. Georg Hagberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Ágætis Byrjun's Alejandro dos Santos was substituted for Gert van den Bergh. Ágætis Byrjun's Ditlev Delmont was substituted for Manolo Bartumeu. After 83 played minutes Ágætis Byrjun got a freekick which was hit by Nick Heesen. In the 93rd minute, Joep Ponk made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Czeszyk. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3.
