Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) WZG Sandomierz's Roch Marosz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 10th minute of play forced WZG Sandomierz's goalkeeper Wincenty Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Roch Marosz managed to get in a good position for a shot. WZG Sandomierz's supporters rose to their feet, but Roch Marosz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Francisco Seco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincenty Bielecki having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Zbigniew Pryputnicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Wincenty Bielecki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The attack was good, but when Francisco Seco in the 26th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Zdzislaw Purzycki with Jerzy Winszman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roch Marosz in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. In the 35th minute Wasyl Juchno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great ball. Napoleon Odachowski kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Wincenty Bielecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Cazalla in the 51st minute of the match. Jaime Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 55th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincenty Bielecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wincenty Bielecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 58th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Jerzy Winszman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WZG Sandomierz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. 60 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Camilo Franco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wincenty Bielecki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincenty Bielecki having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Camilo Franco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wincenty Bielecki. WZG Sandomierz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Franco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Zbigniew Pryputnicki hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Jaime Cazalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincenty Bielecki having to interfere. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Zdzislaw Purzycki in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias. Wincenty Bielecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 89th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roch Marosz's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. A collision led to WZG Sandomierz getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Dariusz Kostrzewa hit a great ball. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincenty Bielecki having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Uruguay fully deserved thier win.
