Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vitauts Ziemotājs took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brencis Tanbergs. Black horses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Brencis Tanbergs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Gundars Marenics hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brencis Tanbergs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Vitauts Ziemotājs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brencis Tanbergs came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 20 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brencis Tanbergs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitauts Ziemotājs in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Black horses's Brencis Tanbergs. Brencis Tanbergs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brencis Tanbergs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitauts Ziemotājs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brencis Tanbergs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brencis Tanbergs having to interfere. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurts Skripals got free with Julio Vera in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brencis Tanbergs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute of the match, Gundars Marenics tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Brencis Tanbergs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brencis Tanbergs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Brencis Tanbergs however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boļeslavs Kingrichard during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Black horses fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! 72 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Brencis Tanbergs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Black horses getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Edžus Prenas hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brencis Tanbergs firmly grabbed it by the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brencis Tanbergs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brencis Tanbergs having to make a save. Brencis Tanbergs was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 94th minute.
