The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vilhena in the 2nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Vilhena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Jindřich Benc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vilhena in the 15th minute of the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Vilhena, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vilhena in the 30th minute of the match. Qi Bin Bing kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Chile booed when FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Vilhena didn't get a good kick on the ball. If José Vilhena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peter Schmeichel made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. The Chile players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI were winning 0-1.

Thiago Pliego was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jindřich Benc showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 50 minute of play. In the 55th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jindřich Benc got free with Thiago Pliego in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Schmeichel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd minute Jindřich Benc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Fontirroig. Peter Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vilhena in the 84th minute of play. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Jindřich Benc could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Thiago Pliego however easily saved by the left post. Jindřich Benc succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 90th playminute. The FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
