Janusz Adamowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Janusz Adamowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Panama booed when F.C. Bayern Mokotów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszek Majusiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Andrzej Szkarpiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Janusz Adamowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janusz Adamowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 27th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Psotka, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Miralles in the 40th minute of play forced F.C. Bayern Mokotów's goalkeeper Janusz Adamowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Wolnik kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jan Cichocki lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 47 minutes into the game, one of F.C. Bayern Mokotów:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 49th minute there was a penalty for Panama. Abraham Alguacil stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Janusz Adamowicz. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Czeslaw Pilarczyk was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Adam Wolnik made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 61st minute. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tadeusz Sowa charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeusz Sowa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to F.C. Bayern Mokotów getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Tadeusz Sowa hit a great ball. Abraham Alguacil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Abraham Alguacil was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Panama's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Janusz Adamowicz to make any attempt to save it. Janusz Adamowicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Miguel Miralles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janusz Adamowicz having to interfere. Janusz Adamowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Alguacil went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score.
