In the 22ndth minute of the game Peng Yu Jian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hugo de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Millano Almandoz to make the kick off. Millano Almandoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Franco hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peng Yu Jian in the 67th minute. Peng Yu Jian took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Kevin Carballal kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peng Yu Jian in the 83rd minute.
