Erubiel Chorche ran back to his position shaking his head. Samuel Falguera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Meireles's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. SC Angrense's Honorato Alves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save SC Angrense from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on Club Deportivo Logroño's corner Danilo Gordon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Honorato Alves quite easily take care of the ball. 43 minutes in the game Yaniusky Chavarria did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Joffre Arizabal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
