When Erubiel Chorche came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SC Angrense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erubiel Chorche couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Meireles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 62ndth minute of the game Edson-Arantes Maradona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Angrense's Honorato Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honorato Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartosz Furgat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Angrense's Honorato Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Furgat in the 72nd minute of play.
