After 16th play minutes Ingemar Kilman shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Maurício Veiga and just under the crossbar into goal. Osvaldo Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Felipe Simão made the kick off in the second half. If Ingemar Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maurício Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Kilman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ㄈㄩㄥㄗㄙ's Juvenal Pires got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Ingemar Kilman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurício Veiga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. The long shot by Aslan Raci in the 81st minute really tested Maurício Veiga's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Prudencio Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ㄈㄩㄥㄗㄙ's Maurício Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Goiz in the 84th minute of play. ㄈㄩㄥㄗㄙ's Maurício Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save ㄈㄩㄥㄗㄙ from getting a goal against them. Maurício Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Goiz in the 87th minute of play. Maurício Veiga came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Fluminense DF's Prudencio Goiz. But to his dismay, Prudencio Goiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. Prudencio Goiz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-15 in the 93rd playminute.
